This is one of the scenes I loved so much in the book but which did not make it into the film. Edward and Bella are in the meadow, and Edward tells her to be still and he lays his head against her chest so that he can listen to her heart beating. A tender,wonderful moment...
This is a small monochrome oil painting on Figueras oil paper with coarse canvas texture, size 35x37 cm .
